Hello my loves, I have been traveling around the world for a long time and I have seen everything, beautiful cities, spectacular neighborhoods, colorful places, cabarets and all kinds of sites with people from all over the world, but what I feel in this neighborhood, in Chueca, I have never felt before.
Chueca is a neighborhood full of color, its businesses, bars, terraces, theaters, cinemas and stores have me in love, so I have decided to stay here and together with my crazy friends I have set up this restaurant that you will love... La Rita.
I am Margarita Carmen Cansino, La Rita...but you will know me by Rita Hayworth and I have come to stay and enjoy with you in this Cosmopolitan neighborhood.

Our kitchen is honest and simple, we elaborate everything with love here... - sometimes I also do my own cooking - all the garnishes, sauces and accompaniments are made by us, there are no 5th range or pre-prepared, we take great care of the product and we work a lot according to the season... everything is very authentic and homemade.
Flavors, textures and aromas prevail in our kitchen, we treat each preparation as if it were unique, we make them with great care so that each spoonful is magical, an organoleptic experience for the palate ... and the soul.
