Beating location, nice staff! The hotel located in heart of Chueca, close to Gran Via and Saint Anton market, surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants, walking distance to main Madrid attractions. Central but very quiet, soundproof rooms. We stayed in Premium room, that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was renovated and was equped with toilet, bidet and bath robe. The sleeping facilities were spacious and comfortable, includinf pillows. The staff was very nice, welcom and tried to reply to our requests. One little minus, that the interior decor was oldfashion. Exept of that, everithing was perfect and we enjoyed our stay a lot. So, just click for booking and enjoy!

This is a perfect hotel! The Staff is so kind and nice and I felt at home! I am a disabled person in a wheelchair and my room was perfectly accessible to me, very spacious and I could function easily, and the bathroom is by all the rules! Breakfast is delicious and There are lots of things you can choose from! My room and the whole hotel are very clean and I have absolutely no complaints! Wi-Fi is excellent, as well. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at Hotel Infantas.

My stay at the Hotel Infantas by Mij was fantastic. People in the front desk, the restaurant and in general was attentive, efficient, friendly and professional. The room was clean, sunny and spacious a great deal for the price. My only comment is about the noise. The street can get busy during weekends and the windows are not soundproof. Other than that is a gem.

On arrival our room wasn’t ready so within a short walk and a beer or two the room was ready and we were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean spacious and very quiet. Great location central to everything, sightseeing, clubs, pubs restaurants and transport. If you had forgotten a toothbrush one was supplied in your room. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to a return visit.

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Infantas. The room was large and well equipped. All staff members were very helpful. The hotel was located in a safe area with many stores and restaurants only steps away, plus several metro stops within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to large streets with large stores and many small streets with small stores. It is also walking distance from the beautiful city hall and the extraordinary Prado Museum. A short taxi ride gets you to the train station and from there a short ride to Toledo and Segovia. The hotel itself has comparatively spacious rooms and a wonderful front desk person named Noelia, who was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Excellent breakfast and dinner (on some evenings but not all) was served at the connected Restaurant La Rita. Madrid itself is beautiful, fun and diverse, and we are eager to return to it (and the hotel).

The windows in our room have shutters that stay open and what seem to be a nightly city trash collection was really annoying. Other than that the hotel is very safe, clean and they have the best staff. Loved the location very much. Would request for an interior room in case we go back to Madrid
